1. Overview

ClaimMyCatBat is a tool designed to assist users in reclaiming Solana ($SOL) locked in token accounts associated with rugged tokens. By using this tool, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. How ClaimMyCatBat Works

• When a token account is created on the Solana blockchain, an approximate rent of 0.00204 $SOL is spent for its creation.
• ClaimMyCatBat helps users close these token accounts and reclaim the $SOL associated with them.
• Upon reclaiming, 85% of the recovered $SOL is converted into $CATBAT tokens and sent to the user’s wallet.
• The remaining 15% is sent to the CATBAT treasury as a service fee.

3. User Responsibility

Account Selection: ClaimMyCatBat only closes the token accounts that the user explicitly selects. If a user inadvertently selects a token account they did not intend to close, ClaimMyCatBat is not responsible for returning the associated funds.

4. Fee Distribution

For users without an affiliate link:

• 85% of the reclaimed $SOL is converted into $CATBAT and sent to the user’s wallet.
• 15% of the reclaimed $SOL is sent to the CATBAT treasury as service fees.

For users accessing via an affiliate link:

• 85% of the reclaimed $SOL is converted into $CATBAT and sent to the user’s wallet.
• 5% of the reclaimed $SOL is sent to the affiliate.
• 10% of the reclaimed $SOL is sent to the CATBAT treasury as service fees.

5. Record Keeping

To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, ClaimMyCatBat will maintain a record of all wallets that connect to the platform. This information will be securely stored and handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Disclaimer

Users are advised to carefully review and select the token accounts they wish to close. ClaimMyCatBat is not liable for any losses or unintended actions resulting from user errors.

7. Changes to Terms

ClaimMyCatBat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform.

• Payment Terms:
• Commissions will be calculated and paid out per token account closed.
• Payments will be sent to the affiliate’s registered wallet address.
• Eligibility:
• Only completed token account closures tracked through your unique affiliate code are eligible for commissions.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable cryptocurrency laws and regulations, including those governing affiliate income in your region.
• Be solely responsible for understanding and adhering to the tax and reporting requirements applicable to your affiliate earnings.
• Failure to comply with relevant laws may result in termination from the program.

3. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible or liable for how the funds earned through the Affiliate Program are used by affiliates. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their participation in the program or misuse of earnings.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you consent to the collection and storage of your wallet address in our database.

• Track metrics, including total earnings and the number of accounts closed.

5. Revocation of Affiliate Code
